Family-owned junk removal in Meridian, Idaho

Just the one thing? That's a job.

Sometimes it's just the one thing. The couch that didn't sell. The fridge in the garage. The hot tub that hasn't held water in years.

There's no minimum load with us. Text a photo of the item to (208) 934-0254, and you'll get a price for exactly that. Then we come get it, wherever it's sitting.

No truck rental, no favor to call in, no sore back on Sunday.

Just the one thing? That's a job.

What a single-item pickup involves

You send a photo and tell us where the thing is. We give you a price for that one item, agree on a time, and show up with two people and straps. We carry it out from wherever it's sitting, load it, and sweep up if it left dust or debris behind.

Some single items are easy: a recliner in the living room, a mattress by the front door. Others need a plan. A piano needs extra care on the way out. A hot tub has to be cut down into pieces that fit through the gate. A safe is small but very heavy. If your item needs something extra, we'll tell you up front.

What sets the price on one item

It's one item, so the price is for that item, not a truckload. What moves it up or down is its size and weight, how far it has to travel to the truck, whether there are stairs, and whether it has to be taken apart first. A fridge sitting on the garage floor is a quick stop. The same fridge in a basement at the bottom of a narrow staircase takes longer.

Remembered a second thing once we're there? Add it. We'll give you the new price before we load it.

Simple on purpose

Snap a picture of what needs to go and text it to (208) 934-0254. Or just call. A quick description works too.

You'll hear back with a price and a time. No pressure, no obligation.

  3. 03

    It's gone

We show up on time, load it, sweep up and haul it off. You don't lift a thing.

Before we arrive, and where it goes

Empty it out first. Drawers, fridge shelves and cabinets should be clear. Unplug appliances, and have anything with a gas line, water line or hardwiring disconnected by a pro before we come. Drain a hot tub ahead of time and have its power shut off. If the item's in the backyard, leave the gate unlocked.

A couch or dresser in good shape gets offered for donation. Fridges, freezers and AC units go to a recycler that handles the refrigerant, since the Freon has to come out before the metal can be scrapped. Washers, dryers, grills and exercise machines go for scrap metal. Only what can't be reused or recycled goes to the landfill.

City trash service can take some bulky items, but it usually has to be scheduled, set at the curb and sometimes paid for, and not every hauler takes appliances with Freon. Kuna's hauler, J&M, doesn't. If dragging it to the curb isn't happening, we'll come get it.

Single-item pickup questions

Is there a minimum?+

No. One item is a real job to us, and we price it as one item.

How do I get a price?+

Text a photo to (208) 934-0254 with where it is (garage, upstairs, backyard). You'll hear back with a number.

Does it have to be outside?+

No. We'll come in and get it from wherever it is.

Can you take a piano?+

Yes. Tell us what kind it is and where it sits, including any steps on the way out. Pianos are heavy and awkward, so the details help us plan.

Do I need to be home?+

Not if the item's outside or in an open garage. Leave the gate unlocked and we'll text you once it's gone.

Will you take something that doesn't work anymore?+

Yes. Broken, rusted or missing parts, it doesn't matter. Working items just have a better shot at being donated.
