How the pricing works
It's simple on purpose. You pay for how much your stuff fills the truck, plus anything unusual like very heavy material or a long carry. No hourly rate that runs while we load, and no surprise line at the end.
Call or text a photo and you'll get a free estimate. If you'd rather we look in person, we'll come by, walk it with you and give you a firm number on the spot. You say yes before anything moves.
The price covers the whole job: the crew, the truck, fuel, loading and the disposal fees. Heavy stuff like concrete or dirt can cost a bit more because the landfill charges by weight, and we'll tell you that up front, not after.

What moves the price
Volume
How much of the truck it fills is the main thing. More stuff, higher price.
Weight
Concrete, dirt and shingles cost more at the landfill, so they cost a little more here.
Access
A garage pile is quick. Three flights of stairs or a tight basement takes longer, and the price reflects that.
The pricing promise
The price we give you is the price you pay. If something changes once we're on site, a second pile you forgot about, a hot tub that turns out to be full of water, we talk about it before we touch it. No surprise fees, no bait and switch.
