What we handle across your properties
Property management cleanouts come in a few kinds. A routine turnover where the tenant left some furniture and a few bags. An eviction where they left everything. An abandoned couch by the dumpster that nobody will claim. A basement storage room that's been filling up for years. We take all of it.
For single-family rentals, we clear the house, the garage and the yard. For apartment and multi-unit buildings, we clear the units, common areas, storage rooms and the overflow that collects around the dumpster enclosure.
How we keep it simple for you
You don't have time to explain the same job three times. Send the address, the unit, how to get in and what needs to go. We'll confirm the price before we start, do the work, and send photos when it's finished, so you can close out the work order without a site visit.
Got a run of move-outs coming up? Send the list, and we'll schedule each one around its date. For recurring work, like regular passes through a complex's common areas or bulky-item cleanup, tell us how often and we'll put it on the calendar.

What affects the work, and where it ends up
Each job is priced on what's there: how much, how heavy, and how far we carry it. An upstairs unit with no elevator takes longer than a ground-floor one. Appliances, hot tubs and sheds take more work. You'll know the number before we start.
Usable furniture and appliances go to donation or recycling. Fridges and AC units go to a recycler that handles the refrigerant. Paint, chemicals and other hazardous materials can't ride with us, so we'll leave them in one spot and tell you where they go. For Ada County properties, that's the household hazardous waste facility at the county landfill.

Can you handle several units at once?+
Yes. Multi-unit turnovers are a regular part of what we do. Give us the list and the dates.
Do I get one person to deal with?+
Yes. One point of contact for every job you send, so nothing has to be explained twice.
Can you work when the office is closed?+
Arrange access and we'll handle the rest. We run Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturday 7am to 3pm.
Can you set up a regular schedule at one property?+
Yes. Tell us how often you need us and what to look for, and we'll put it on the calendar.
Which areas do you cover?+
We're based in Meridian and work across Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, Star, Garden City and Kuna. If you have a property a little further out, ask.
