Family-owned junk removal in Meridian, Idaho

Keep your crew building

A jobsite buried in debris slows everyone down. Your crew should be building, not hauling old cabinets to the dump.

We clear demo debris, remodel leftovers and the pile by the garage door, on the day you need it gone. Drywall, lumber, old fixtures, flooring, cabinets, carpet. Loaded and hauled so the next trade can walk in.

One pickup or a standing arrangement for every job you run. Either way, text us the address.

What jobsite cleanup looks like

Contractor work tends to fall into a few groups. Tear-out debris after demo: old cabinets, drywall, flooring and fixtures, sometimes a whole kitchen in one pile. Midway cleanup, when the garage or driveway has turned into a staging area for scraps. And final cleanup before the walkthrough, when your client should see a finished job and not a pile by the curb.

We load from wherever it's sitting: the garage, the driveway, the backyard or a room inside. Your crew doesn't have to stop work or move anything closer to the truck.

A haul-away instead of a dumpster

A roll-off makes sense on some jobs. On plenty of residential jobs it doesn't. It takes up the driveway for days, and in Ada County a container that has to sit in the street needs a right-of-way permit from the Ada County Highway District.

With us, the debris leaves when we do. Nothing sits on site waiting for a pickup, and nobody's paying for a container that's half full.

If your crews run steady work, a standing pickup on each job keeps the debris from building up between visits, and the site stays safe to walk.

What we take, what we can't, and where it goes

Most remodel debris is fine: drywall, lumber, trim, cabinets, countertops, doors, windows, flooring, carpet and pad, tile, old fixtures and appliances. Heavy material like concrete, brick, dirt and roofing is priced by the job, because the landfill charges by weight. We'll tell you up front.

We can't take asbestos, wet paint, solvents, chemicals or fuel. If you're not sure what's in old flooring or a textured ceiling, get it tested before demo starts.

Scrap metal, old appliances and clean cardboard go to recyclers. Cabinets, doors and fixtures in good shape can go to a reuse store instead of the landfill. Everything else is landfill.

Questions from contractors

Can you come mid-project, not just at the end?+

Yes. A lot of contractors have us clear after demo and again at the finish. Whatever keeps your site moving.

What construction debris do you take?+

Drywall, lumber, cabinets, fixtures, flooring, carpet, tile and general remodel debris. Hazardous materials like asbestos, paint and chemicals are the exception.

Do you need someone on site?+

Not if the pile is accessible. Tell us where it is and we'll handle it.

Do you take concrete and dirt?+

Yes. Heavy material is priced by the job because of the weight. Send a photo and a rough idea of how much there is.

Do I need a permit for you to haul from the driveway?+

No. We load and leave, so nothing sits in the street. The ACHD right-of-way permit comes up when a container is going to sit in the road or on a sidewalk.

Can you take an old hot tub or shed off the job?+

Yes. We take them apart on site. Have the power to a hot tub disconnected before we arrive.
